I would check everything as it's been standing a while check for play in wheel barings and steering head barings etc, main thing is get it running and go from there as you will find out if you have any faults in its running condition.
Or take it to a garage and stick it in for a mot once running and they will pick up on any faults, only £35.
When I got my rf600rr it had been standing 2 years in their garden and I've had to replace quite a lot of stuff, from coils,leads,head and wheel barings, carb balance, fork seals, brakes rebuilt and new tyres anyway the list goes on ____________________ Current: 1994 Suzuki rf600r
