I cannot visualise them but I cannot see it being that difficult.

Hacksaw to chop the outer 'ring' carefully out if needed then a decently strong piece of threaded bar and some washers / sockets to press the new ones in. Might need to use that to press what's left of the old ones out.

That is at least how I would approach changing a bush in most cases...

That's how it sounds to me mate thanks.

Just a bit paranoid as I was told it's a b***ch and I need a blow torch, hack saw and to take the assembly to a press shop for the final press-in. I like doing things myself!
