Hello all

I've just signed up to the forum and thought it best to introduce myself. I'm based in and around Milton Keynes and currently ride a 2014 Speed Triple R and a K3 Hayabusa. Here they are:

My main reason for joining is to get involved with more rides... My 2 friends who ride do about 10 miles a year and it's boring riding on your own.

Anyway, cheers!

Welcome.

My biking friends are also boring. But last year I got involved in a splinter group off here and hit Wales for a long weekend with them. They're dicks, but it was still fun. One of them lives local to you actually.

It appears that my opening statement was a little blasé.

All I do is ride on my own... usually 6-7 days a week and will continue to do so. However, a little company over the summer months wouldn't go a miss Smile

Hi,

I live in Bedford, a few of us on here live nearer to you.

I ride a lot, but mostly on dirt bikes. There are plenty of rides you can join in on near you, check out Jacks Hill Café and also Super Sausage café on the A5 near Towcester.

I'm in the area, just about woken from my winter biking hibernation. Apologies for not being a real biker.
Always up for a jaunt to the Sausage, pukka grub.

I'm from MK as well. I've not done much riding over winter but hope to get out a bit more this summer.

FTFY Very Happy
I'm in Northampton so not a million miles away. Happy to do long runs out once I have a more comfortable bike. Current bike about 100 miles a day is my limit.

Thanks for that, certainly more in line with what I was trying to get at.

Sounds like there is a few of you nearby... I'll keep my eyes peeled for any threads organising a ride.
