Just to add, just reconnected everything back up - I didnt touch the combustion chamber/ exchangers etc....
refitted fan, it turned once or twice an stopped an the shaft started heating up again. The fan motor is also vibrating |

Found fault, it was a seized bearing (inner) stripped the fan, but then struggled getting it all back re-aligned
Bought a spanking new fan - We now have hot water |
