My aluminum peg hangers have suffered over the winter - the paint is peeling and the metal has oxidised. So, do I have them powder coated or finished with two pack? Which will last longer? What's the difference in the finish visually? (Bike is a 2009 Multistrada 1100).

Powder coat gives a more durable finish but never as glossy as urethanes.....

Could get them powder coated then paint over for the finish....

Or
