Hi guys can't find anything on the web about this specifically, so decided to sign up and ask!
I have a pulse adrenaline 125cc.
Recently I've had some problems with my ignition, It started off playing up by turning it from OFF to ON and nothing would happen, no power whatsoever unless I sat there flicking the key on and off until I got lucky and finally the dash flashed up.
Now.... I have to balance the key 'inbetween' the ON and OFF to get power?
I've taken the front off and had a check of the wires to see if they are pinched/badly connected/completely disconnected and it seems fine?
Cheers.

Loose/ broken wire in the ignition barrel.? The fact that you have to juggle the key points to this.

.....or a knackered switch. The problem is inside there somewhere.

I think you will have to take it all apart. - don't lose anything as there are usually all sorts of springs etc. in there.

New ones are less than £30 but best to identify the problem before you spend money

Appreciate the reply guys, Ive just taken it apart as much as it will allow me and nothing disconnected or out of place from what I can see, I think I'll have to bite the bullet and grab myself a new ignition barrel! Thanks again

I would suggest to at least put a meter on the connector block to check it is actually a problem switchside of that connector

+1 , I agree with that, also check both halves of the connector block

Wear and tear? If you have a spare key try that.
