Where did anyone say Chris-red was guilty of anything?

Did I say that anyone said he was? Oh wait!...

...No, I didn't.

you stated "he wasn't the guilty party" this infers someone said he was.

If I state "bananas are not blue", this is already accepted to be true, so saying it is redundant unless I believe somebody disagrees.

(PhysOrg.com) -- Ripe bananas are of course yellow. However, under black light, the yellow bananas are bright blue, as discovered by scientists at the University of Innsbruck (Austria) and Columbia University (New York, USA).17 Oct 2008

Oh is it my turn to commit seppuku? Nah. You chose to infer it and to interpret it that way just to be argumentative. Razz

What I meant was he literally wasn't. His friend, however, was. Does that make it clearer?

Oh and what Hawkeye1250FA said about ripening bananas fluorescing blue. Mr. Green Laughing

My colleague completed his theft of the bike today by moving it into our private work car park. Thumbs Up

After coming to an arrangement with the guy and handing over some cash.

Yeah it's how he got talking, apparently the bloke got the note from DVLA read it and then ignored it. Laughing

It's wins around the bloke shifted the bike he'd more or less forgotten about and left to be stolen by BAKLYF for a reasonable fee and my mate should earn ~£500 minimum after a quick tidy up, recommission and MoT.
