Used to wear a balaclava with a loose fitting lid. Probably won't help a great deal in this case but also washing the lining seems to puff the padding back out.

To be fair to the lad..... WHY I am not sure, but still....

YES... I have suffered this niggle. It occurred in 1993, when I left uni and was told there was a 'dress-code' in the workng world.. and tattered jeans and grey T-shirts and most decidedly my unruly mop, did not meet it.

I was most perturbed that my then £350 shoie feel as slack as a tarts tuch.

Solution?

Don't get hair-cut & use a hair band!

It's not a permanent solution however... I haven't had a hair-cut since 2007... but it's been migrating of its own accord since then...

Don't sweat it.... natural progression is likely to see it's not a problem you have much past 30!
