Aprilia SL1000 Falco. 2000 W reg, black. £1200 ovno

The bike is located in SE London, near the A2. I have owned this bike since 2013. The bike is standard apart from a black double bubble screen, WP rear shock, Gilles rearsets, R&G crash bungs, Oberon clutch slave cylinder and Hel braided brake lines.

In the time I have owned it I have done the following;

All rear suspension bushes, bearings and seals.
Rear shock refurbished at Steve Jordan motorcycles.
New front and rear brake master cylinders.
New Oberon clutch slave cylinder.
New coolant hoses.
New (second hand) oil cooler and bracket due to corrosion of old ones.
New choke cable.
Motobatt battery.
Gabro chip for improved fuelling.
I have receipts for most of these or can show bank statements to prove where I no longer have the receipts if necessary.

I recently serviced the bike over winter, this included;

New Chain and sprockets.
New oil and oil filter.
New front brake seals and fluid.
New rear brake pads.
Valve clearances checked.
New fork seals and oil.

Only covered a few hundred miles since doing all of this.

The bike has 48,883 miles. I look after my bike pretty well and undertake all my own servicing. Mechanically the bike is good and rides exactly as it should. Cosmetically the bike is ok but does have small marks from stone chips. The bike has always been kept garaged by myself. The bike has an MOT until October but will get a new one when sale is agreed and if asking price is met, I am sure it will pass fine with no problems.

Bad points; the pillion seat has nicks in it as shown in photo, the rear spring could do with powder-coating but doesn't affect function at all, the heel plates are not correct, I looked into buying Gilles ones which would have been carbon fibre but never got round to it.
