Wow, such insight, much clever, so innovation. So basically the lag has been running up a huge debt for the force probably doing drug deals Laughing

It's OK, no biggie. Nobody prosecuted, nobody sacked. Lessons learned.

I'm pretty sure that if I'd made a mistake that directly caused £45K of loss, I'd be out on my ear, and sent the bill.

also,

What tariff was this person put on? you can easily bar premium rate numbers and get unlimited Data/Minutes/Texts for not a lot of money these days.

Its good to see the purchasing/procurement and commercial services within the force are doing their bit to save tax payers money.

They'll soon make £45k back from speeding fines.

And there's me paying £15 a month like a sucker.

I'm off out to punch an old granny in the tits and get myself banged up.

He was probably busy drumming up investment for Circuit of Wales

Set up his own premium rate number

Moves down to Spain off the proceeds.

I think the bigger story is that 2 other people appear to have been wrongfully arrested, merely for using a phone they presumably had permission to use from the holder of the phone.

This force will be paying out more with their lawsuits.
