I have a suzuki marauder 125, and need to replace the brake cable, rear brake plate and reconnect the torque bar at the back as the cable snapped with bent the brake arm and disconnected the torque arm.

Any idea what tools I need to male these repairs?

Shocked Really? Post a picture. I would like to see that. Not convinced you need to replace the specific things you mention

Re tools - use the right size spanners/sockets

The first thing you need is a workshop manual, the next is the relevant skill set. the first will tell you if you have the second,
