Could be because it's reported stolen (but why show the plate?) could be the cat B.

If in doubt, call 101. That's what it's there for, or should be. Sod paying money to find out information that the State should already provide.

I think it's the Cat B, just checked a Cat B bike on autotrader and got the same message. Adverts gone and sellers account seems to have been nuked though
