Punch in slightly bigger alan socket. Warm it up before you try to take them off. Just ride it or use a torch. Penetrating oil should help.
IF punching in sligtley bigger socker won't help. THEN get a hacksaw and cut a straight line into each individual bolt, roughly through the center of the head of each stubborn bolt. Then you can give it a go with a screw driver socket. Make the grove deep enough, so you have good grip.
IF all the above fails, then I'd just cut the heads of the bolts off, remove the exhaust and then use 2 nuts to get the rest of the bolts out, just like when you remove engine head studs or use a stud extractor.
Oh, and before you even touch it, buy yourself new bolts and seals. You do not want to reuse the copper crushable seals, nor the fecked up bolts.
