This should probably have been posted in the workshop Rolling Eyes

Sounds like a bad earth somewhere, but I kind of lost track among the rambling.

EDIT: I was bored and didnt really read any of this thread properly.

Your original post is too painful to bother reading, and not in the right section.
However WD Forte is referring to the switch above the bolt holding your side stand on.
When the stand is out it activates to cut the engine whilst in gear as a safety measure.
If it's fucked it could cut your engine even when the stand is up.

EDITED ABOVE:
Yeah I didn't really bother reading anything in here properly, It's been a boring night and your thread didn't warrant vigilance.

WD Forte Actually said "Kill switch", it's the big red button next to your right thumb.
It's also what you flick on your mates ride when hes about to set off, cus lolz.

Technically "Mechanic" can mean a lot of things, it doesn't always denote reliable work, let's presume he's derp.

How are those wires connected? provide photo for lulz.
Soldered? Choc block? Chewed up, wrapped around and masking taped together?

What did this "mechanic" have to say about the possible cause of your problems?

My guesses: the idle speed is too low, or the reg/rec is faulty.

IMO the major problem is lack of punctuation. Use full stops. For gawd sake.

And shouting help with 3 exclamation marks can be scary.
