more drama as always

no disrespect to the bcf member who works for this company and put me in contact but they are fucking hopeless!!

4 months on and ive had a couple of emails mostly asking me to go 25 miles or so to the location to request the cctv

today i get one claiming the ex's insurers have contested it saying i jumped out of a moving car blah bah..

forwarded the email on to me and he had emailed her insurers at the end of march saying it would be nice to have a reply from them as he has had no reply since 1st feb...

so hes left it 2 months before asking for a reply... 2 months of nothing, her insurer replied 20 days later to say it was my fault on april 10th and 12 days later my solicitor emails me this information...

was also asked to sign a document saying my solicitor can have access to my medical records.. 1: its been 4 months since opening surely gauging my injuries would have been good at the start and 2: i already filled one of those in at the start

whats the protocol for switching solicitors mid way through a claim? as im guessing mine will still want money for sending a couple of emails

Wax on, right hand.
Wax off, left hand.
Wax on, wax off.
Breathe in through nose, out the mouth.
Wax on, wax off.
Don't forget to breathe, very important.

As far as I'm aware, this is an injury claim, and you're still injured. They take ages to settle. Last time I had one it took 18 months for a broken wrist.
