Lie detectors aren't very good. It's a bit pseudoscience-y. They can be fooled, and they can give false positives.

Sounds like a huge waste of time to me.

Everybody knows lie detectors are crap.
Its like some bullshit authoritarian threat that they like to scare you with. The results mean fuck all.

I'm trying really hard to give a shit one way or another because I suppose the truth should be out, and justice should really be served.

I'm pretty much convinced something happened (something awful, that both of them wish had not happened) and that they covered up the evidence by making it look like she disappeared.

I've hardly read any of the reports about it, I just have a gut feeling.
And mostly that feeling is "Meh".
