I swapped a Ducati 1198S for an 1199S... does that count as a free upgrade?

Second freebie of the week.
I saw this one one of the Facebook buy/swap/sell groups about 10 miles away. Guy was happy for the extra space. Went and collected it about 10 minutes after.
He said that he was given it, so it seemed right to pass it on. I'll be doing the same once the boy grows out of it and gets his own pushbike.

A pair of Tesco Mesh Trainers.
I have to give feedback on them in a week or so.
This isn't the first time I've tested Tesco clothes either.
Also got a new, as yet unreleased bag of a future Kellogg's granola. It's a bit crap. Living the High-Life. Smile

Drinks machine at work has gone senile, lots of freebies rolling out of the bottom.
It's like a black Wednesday 'sale'.

Kindle books from Amazon. It's quite amazing what books are free. Some crap, some nots so crap and I've read things I would never have contemplated if I'd had to pay.

Going to try this one next....

the only thing with them is you have to constantly check behind you to make sure the child is still there

also worries me that someone will rear end my child if on a road

... and a raspberry, too.

The raspberry had more flavour than the strawberry, but the freeness of the cupcake made it taste so much better anyway Laughing Thumbs Up

actually, this wasn't recently, it was a couple of years ago

I got a parcel, addressed to me, with no return address and no note or explanation inside. It was a rather nice picnic hamper in a rucksack type thing with an MG logo on it.

I assume it was a competition prize, but really don't remember entering in.

Did win some Muc Off from MCM and also a set of kitchen utensils from Kikoman soy sauce bottle compo.

About a fortnight ago, I was sat having my morning dump when HotUKDeals notified me about Vodafone "selling" Samsung Galaxy Gear VR units at £0 (inc. p&p).

Ordered one, thinking if the order gets cancelled, then I've lost nothing. Fast forward a week, I get an email saying that the price was wrong on the website but they will honour the "offer", however it is out of stock and they are waiting for new units to come in. Winner.

I don't have a Samsung Phone, so it is going up for sale to help cover the cost of buying a bass guitar Smile

Another cupcake Cool

Didn't take a picture this time, but it was similar to the last one except it had an oreo cookie on it, and was chocolate, with chocolate icing.

But she asked me for an opinion as to whether it was okay, as she is going to start making chocolate ones as well as vanilla. Somehow I need to (politely) tell her it NEEDS MOAR COCOA in both icing and cake.

An Addison Lee coffee mug, shiny shiny black and yellow: I somehow seemed to have walked out of Driver Liaison carrying it yesterday (along with the branded umbrella I had actually asked for) - and then accidentally put it in the boot whilst talking to the man in the garage who was servicing my car ... Shifty

And a box of M&S Macaroni Cheese:
The boy at the till went to bleep it (reduced to £1.50) and then stopped, saying that he couldn't put it through the till as it was past its sell-by date of today/yesterday, and after midnight the till would not accept them selling it (it was 00.14 am). So I pulled a sad face and was just about to put it back on the purchases-I-am-not-buying-after-all side of the counter, when he said, "But I can give it to you for free".

So I put it back on my side of the counter with a huge grin and a thank you ... and I just had it for breakfast, with two extra slices of bacon cooked til crispy, and chopped up into it. It was v. delicious. Cool Thumbs Up
