Double jointedness?

Anyone here got wobbly joints?

I've known for years that i can pop my shoulders out of the joints (can sort of get your finger in the joint).

Had physio which didnt help an done nothing since, but the last few days its really been aching, sort of like pressing hard on a bruise but with a weird sensation down to my fingers - guessing i have trapped a nerve or something?

Anyone had anything similar

What other symptoms are you experiencing?

(1) Is the pain more obvious when you raise your arm(s)?
(2) Are you experiencing discomfort whilst in bed and particularly so when laying on your side(s)?
(3) What is your age?
(4) You don't have to answer question number 3 but it may help diagnosis.

Pain is just generally there to be honest, its more of a discomfort than a pain, but its annoying.

haven't noticed it any worse when i'm on my side or anything. I have tried doing rotations (windmills) but it doesnt change how the shoulder feels
