i am planning to buy new motorcycle from VDM motorcycle trading.. this is there site https://motorcycletrading.com/
can anyone please tell me are they legit ?? does any one have any kind of experience with them??

I've no experience of them (didn't even know they existed until I saw the website) but I would be surprised if they weren't legit.
It could be a real pain sorting any problem out though.

I'm guessing these bikes will be grey imports. You'll save a bit however you'll lose out in various ways.

KPH clocks likely (if digital this doesn't really matter)

It's possible main dealers of the brand you buy wouldn't honor warranties/recalls.

Parts/spec may be slightly different to UK models, this may make getting parts difficult. Depending where you get the bike from the spec could be much lower. I think this is more an issue with smaller bikes sold in the far east. However I wouldn't be surprised if say a spanish bike was fuelled slightly differently for the hotter weather or a French bike will be limited to 100bhp. I think different countries can have different colour schemes too. It may cost more to replace fairings etc. if required. Some of these issues may be out of date now but it was certainly an issue in the 80s/90s.
