And you're assuming the exact opposite!
Are you seriously asking us to believe, that at a large music festival, if the crowd didn't like what they were hearing, they wouldn't have expressed there displeasure in no uncertain terms?
You've lead a very sheltered life if that's the case! |
Entire? You missed that bit?
Even a majority hoodwinked by the offer of wiping out student debt , including those strategically placed Corbynettes, would still leave many who had no wish to hear his Marxist diatribe.
For fear of being mobbed by the socialist majority, I guess they had to keep their gobs shut. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.

Because nobody is being honest with them and telling them that it's a huge waste of their time and money. Well, of other people's money, given how many will never pay back their "loans".
As we've just seen, the Yoof will turn out and vote for someone who offers them false hope. They prefer the comforting lie of hope to the harsh reality of demographics.
There is a solution, but we're not talking about that either...

Culling the old is a far better solution than cruelly over-educating the Yoof, or importing millions of fighting age male spongers. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Change the word "Yoof" to any other demographic you want and that is what politics in the UK has boiled down to, you're promised the earth by whatever your particular kind of political safety blanket is, voting gives you that warm fuzzy feeling that comes from feeling you've achieved something.
The reality is a long way from that.
The current crop of career politicians, tinker around the edges while feathering their own nests, all in the name of democracy, of course.
They know the electorate are mugs and they'll fall for the same old promises, lies and half truths every time, the same old shit goes down time after time,
It's a rigged game, the establishment win and the proles pay for it, always has been and always will be and you'll carry on voting for it! ____________________ "Everybody needs money, that's why they call it money!" |

No answer? Quelle surprise. |
I frowned at the absurdity and couldn't be arsed to waste my time.
Your answer to the impossibility of the member of the crowd not creaming over MC Corbyn, "nipping to the bar for 10 minutes" was deflected by not answering and making some odd fire and safety claim.

Are you deliberately trying to make me spit my jack daniels through my nose?
I gave a Genuine nod to what people could do if they don't like him, you said they couldn't. So what you're saying is that it's unsafe to make an exit if the massive crowds who you seem to think didn't want him there wanted to vacate, says to me you think it's another Hillsborough in the making.
I just say you're full of shit and can't understand that people who are paying have the choice to leave if they wanted, which they clearly didn't.
Oh, and given the chance, it's definitely something BoJo would have done? |
No dickwad, if you read what I said, people can't just leave the Glastonbury crowd for 10 minutes, then return.
It takes longer than MC Corbyn's 10 minute worship me wankfest to even get to the edge of the crowd from the centre.
When was the last time you went? You can't just pop to the bogs for a quick piss. People are their for the duration. Use drugs or hold your piss in. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.

Pensions pots of under 40s will either be seized for wealth redistribution or used to pay off existing government debts. Best to keep the gov well away from your savings.

Various reasons:
- Their parents want them to go to uni. The higher the class the parents, the more keen they are for their kids to go to uni. Upper middle class parents can be seen doing this with grammar schools too.
- They have to if they don't want to do a manual job, or compete with the Polish for a job in a chicken factor or picking fruit
- 6th forms push it heavily, presumably because it makes the stats look better and improves the status of the school

It is unsustainable unless we can get more economic growth and wage growth to young people. Wages flatlining at £8/hr isn't going to cover the pensions pot. |

Politicians at Glastonbury? wtf?
To avoid having to listen to Corbyn, you'd have needed to leave before Craig David finished his proper bo set and you'd have had to miss the start of Run The Jewels.
If spending £250 on a ticket to a music and arts festivals, I'd have thought most people aren't wanting to hear a 10 minute set from any of the party leaders. |

politics and music have been hand in had for decades
so you want to ban Radiohead for telling Maggie May to f*ck off and close the door behind her (and the crowd cheered that remark)
and as I work at lots of events including festivals, politicians appearing on stage is nothing new and JC won't be the last to take to the stage
at least he's facing the public that can Boo / jeer / walk away from
well from what I seen JC got a decent audience that wanted to hear what he had to say
I'm no lover of labour but I see no issue with a politician reaching out to the people whenever they can
not like the Tory staged, no public, no press sanitised hero worship only died in the wool supporters can attend
to avoid embarrassing moments or questions
Maggie may insulated herself from the people during the election and subsequent shetfest's to hit the fan and avoid having to talk to the real people
JC made the effort
BTW if its not already known I'm not a labour or tory fan
but for me JC did far better that the tory's hands down ____________________ I have become comfortably numb

The trouble with activists is that all they can do is be activists, they really don't know how to run a country, they just like to shout about things that are wrong with it. Bit like Dianne (abacus) abbott, another moron activist that hasn't a clue about how to actually conduct herself outside of a rally. |
Yet she continually wins the vote in her area, and gained a fuck-ton more votes this election. Not that I think she's great - she's a stain on politics - but she certainly did something better than her competitors in the area.
About Corbyn only going to 'safe zones' where he's guaranteed cheers. Total bollocks. There's footage of him on the campaign trail where randomers saw him in his car and started cheering and chanting his name. Happened everywhere he went. Town and city centres up and down the country. 'Safe zones' . Fucking everywhere.
Compared to Theresa May who was roundly booed and jeered at every stop on her campaign, and only dared to host events in shithole litle boxes on the edge of every town she went to, with a small crowd of arse-licker roadies and loads of security to prevent the inevitable protesting mob nearby from getting too close. When she visited factories in industrial areas in the north, she waited until the staff had gone home then had specially invited people to go and see her. Yeah well done Theresa, doing a great job aren't you.
https://tse4-mm.cn.bing.net/th?id=OIP.L6n2xMrDDlM8fMChZozqNAEsDp&p=0&pid=1.1
Also I think it needs to be said that your point about 'activists' is completely wrong too. For a start there's no correlation between how much a person is 'an activist' and whether they could run a country, and secondly what are Theresa May's country-running credentials? Oh right yeah she doesn't need any because Tories are the de-facto elite ruling class. |

Urgh. Insightful up to there, but numbers don't get things done. I'm sorry to have to keep banging on about this, but our problem is going to be producers versus consumers, hands versus mouths. It's an actual, non-fiat problem in the real world.
Wages are irrelevant, that's just numbers. We need people to be doing things, and increasingly not the things that they want and expect to to do. More and more Yoof are going to have to go into nursing and social work. And I mean work: changing adult nappies, not strategising about levering cross departmental synergies.
We need to be lowering expectations for our Yoof, not unrealistically raising them.

How much? And Comrade "to the manor born" Corbyn was peddling his "Tear down the walls (but not this one, obvs), redistribute the wealth," to that lot?
And they were cheering him? allah wept, are they all completely irony impaired?

She even got heckled at Armed Forces Day for showing up, while Corbyn chose to go and indoctrinate Tarquin and Jocasta at Glastonbury.
Being blamed for the woes of the world is somewhat of a problem for all incumbents, compared to professional opposition like Comrade Corbyn. If you've never done anything, ever, you can't be blamed for anything. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
