Don't know about now, but https://www.jaws-motorcycles.co.uk/birdextra.htm was once the place to get MosFet internal reg/recs for the Bird.

Recently had similar issues.

That noise in yer video is the noise a blackbird makes when the battery is in too low a state of charge to start the engine.

Last year i replaced the stator, regulator/rectifier and battery with electrex stuff from wemoto and a motobatt battery. Wasnae cheap but appears well made and bike has been fine since.

Electrex regulator/rectifier bypasses the loom and connects directly to the battery so removes any possible future corroded connector block issues there also.
