Has anyone done clutch on one of these just need to see what I need to order for clutch do I just need clutch plates or do I need to order the springs aswell obviously I need the gasket

Once again for luck:

Have you checked that the clutch cable isn't frayed or sticking? I mean, have you disconnected it at both ends and checked that the inner is free to move inside the sleeve?

Have you checked that the actuator arm on the clutch housing isn't sticking? I mean, have you actually popped it out, cleaned it up and lubed it?

These are things that you're going to end up doing anyway if you end up changing the clutch plates.

Yes mate I'm a car mechanic so no my way around that stuff just never dealt with a clutch before on a bike it's not the cable as it only dies it when really hit and the cable moves freely

Hi mate do you not need to take casing off to pop of clutch lever at the housing if so then I we need to get gasket before I done this ??

Maybe. On some of my bikes (the Kawasakis, now I think of it), I've been able to disconnect the cable then rotate and pop the actuator mechanism right out without disassembling. My point is that you'll end up finding that out if you get stuck into the clutch, so why not try it up front and see if there's just something gummed up.

I'm going to strip it tomorrow I took my cable right of there as the adjustment is fully off before it will drive but the cable moves very freely

If you need to take off the clutch casing you'll find that, in most cases, only a dribble of oil will come out if you do it with the bike on the side stand.
