I am 16 and know i am only aloud upto a 50cc bike/moped, am i aloud to have gears at 16?

at least 3 major manufacturers make geared 50's in a sports bike chassis

loads more in trail bikes and supermoto styles

and definately go for gears if you can afford it, much more fun to be had with them, than a moped, plus the advantage when you come to do your test

yeah two moto bikes and the motorhispania rx 50

they said the rx was best if i remember correctly

There is an rs 50 at college and it is probably the best 50 i have seen, so if i were you i would get that.

I'd personally reccomend something like a dt50 or ts50..... they can be pciked up for bugger all, won't cost as much to insure as you can reasonably get tpo and you won't be as pissed off if you stack it.
