Driving me nuts

I ditched Virgin as I only watch CBS Reality, Medical Detectives, Ice cold killers etc (sad I know but a good watch at night). Anyway I have now tried two streaming boxes (one I brought from a well known BCF member......) one I have had on the downstairs telly for some time.

I have tried watching reality firstly through Freeview (they ditched it after an update) then found it on Phoenix and Filmon. The issue is on just the reality channel (nothing else) you can watch it for about three mins or so then it goes back to the selection screen, press reality again and it works for the same time again.

Having tried two boxes with the same result I'm blaming the actual transmission, but there is nothing on google etc showing this issue.

Can some nice BCF member tune in and take three mins out of their life to see if they get the same result?

CBS reality is on both Freesat and Freeveiw.
we have freeveiw and watch that Judge Judy all the time.
