I was in my local army surplus store yesterday looking for exactly that. It''s how I ended up with the poncho Smile

Good to hear. I've never ridden anything with knobblies, but as long as they are as good as (or better) than the square section Dunlop Ditchfinders I'm used to, I'll be happy Smile

A few years ago whilst out on a tour of Wales a guy on a CB500 came belting through and past us. Found him a bit later on stopped up in one of the car parks. Bike was on knobblies! Chatting to him he says he wouldn't go back to road orientated tyres ever - and enjoyed sliding around on overheating blocks more than gripping his way about Laughing Absolute loon.

There's that sphincter twitching word - "sliding". I try to avoid that Smile

Tobacco free for 4 years last March. Razz Having another break off the other as I'm on a diet. It's not the weed, it's
the shite I ram into my piehole when I'm high that's the problem. I'm especially fond of sweet stuff and can eat
chocolate way past the point when most folk would be throwing the stuff up. My worst time is between 10pm and 1am
after mrs grr has gone to bed while I'm up playing videogames. You know you've got a problem when you think
it's normal to buy your Haagen Daazs 10 tubs at a time and realise you've polished off a tub and a half every night
for the past fortnight on top of your normal food for the day. I've started enjoying beer again which is another factor.

I can't have multi-packs of crisps or particularly nice biscuits in the house for the same reason. I do let myself have beer when on tour or at something like BBQ, but won't start buying it for home again. And don't EVER let me anywhere near vodka!

Personally, I admire your self restraint!

You can actually leave a tub half eaten?

Good going, sir!

I would have serious trouble with that without being stoned!

Been off exercise for a bit unfortunately trying to get dodgy shoulders (and knees) sorted, otherwise I could at least work them into my 'daily calories'.
I at least enjoyed when I was trying to put weight on, while doing weights - in some cases was 'allowed' a couple of such tubs of icecream a day.

As per chickenstrip - I can't buy multipacks either, for they often go before I get home. Just had to stop myself going all the way through a 1kg pack of carrots (reckon I've had about 600g) as they were for the rest of the week!

No, I don't think you get it Laughing

Might have to shoot you for a nice stew though; how do you fare in sudden bright lights? Razz

I have to agree. Laughing

White toblerone is my downfall. (along with Rum, beer and any ice cream)

Also; ending a trump-esque colour for the beta-carotene.

It's carrots or a kg of biscuits - unfortunately the latter isn't sustainable on a daily basis.

Me and my mate some dinner and a couple of drinks at the excellent Bonzo Lounge in Keynsham. We both
had the double lounge burger with extra streaky bacon, fried egg and cheddar on top of it's normal toppings.
It was the first food I'd had since dinner yesterday night so I was pretty hungry.

Also bought the dog some cheap squeaky toys from Poundland for her new favourite game, river fetch.
She does lose them on the current occasionally if she gets distracted and I'd run out of stock at home.
Her last one is floating along the River Avon somewhere after yesterdays walkies.

You know I mean 500ml tubs, not those fartarse little ones you get at the cinema... Half way through tub 2 the guilt
gets me and I reluctantly put it back into the freezer because my warped mind eventually steps in and says "Come on now,
two tubs is just being greedy" I should add that typically on one of those nights I'll polish off a "share" Laughing
size bag of minstrels, maltesers, munchies, chocolate buttons or similar as well. Diabetes here I come... Embarassed
Belgian chocolate Haagen Dazs or Strawberry cheesecake are my poison btw. If I can't get those for some reason
then occasionally I'll slum it and have Ben and Jerrys Chocolate fudge brownie.

Oh, I've seen those... that's not food, that's teasing.

But yes that 'guilt' thing, alas the bit I have is over-powered by my "MOAR FOOOOOOD" instincts that completely overpower it.
Thus I have to buy carrots rather than ice-cream Sad.

At the moment no.

It hasn't been warm enough to use them and I've not asked the system to do anything taxing. The old case fans were quite good but these are quieter.
It's as near to a silent PC as I could build.
