I took my helmet off before pulling my earphone out and it yanked my daith piercing, out popped the ball part of the ring in it. €10 for a new titanium one and I had to get the guy at the shop to fit it as they are fiddly to do.

I also have the song You're Welcome from the Moana soundtrack stuck in my head.

I've had mine since about 1994 and regularly wear earplugs and a helmet. I never have to remove my plugs before the helment and have never had the ball pop out. Maybe your ring is too large a diameter.

Nope, the ring is fine as its the smallest diameter I could get. My earphones are quite big though.

Devitts sent me through an email thanking me for renewing my insurance with them and lookimg though the paperwork the existing policy doesn't expire until the 19th AND they charged me a £10 renewal fee. Im cancelling that first thing on Monday morning, cheeky sods.

Guilty. Those who message me and request 5* feedback instead receive negative.

Well yeah, I'd not be wanting someone to be REQUESTING a 5* feedback, that would tend to send me the other way as well.

Although, I do usually at least leave feedback in the first place.

Depends if sellers use it properly, they should leave feedback after payment has been received. I wonder if that's why they stopped sellers from being able to leave neg' feedback.

Trouble is nowadays, if you don't give 5 stars it's considered bad whereas 3 should be the norm and 5 for some amazing feat.

I had the same problem doing reports for Nigerians when I worked over there, if the didn't get a 9 or more rating on their scorecard (0-10). I could see their mind could over and wait for the ranting to start.

Stopped in a guesthouse in the middle of nowhere, the church starts ringing the bells at 6am for a rousing five minute clattering and then they ring quarterly until 10pm. Fab!

Also a drunk guy in the bar grabbed me which I didn't appreciate at all.

Call centre guy from insurance company,

spoke too fast, beat around the bush, had a cockney/estuary English accent, it was neither one nor the other, very odd it was, made it very hard for me to understand what he was saying

I had to keep asking him to slowly and clearly repeat what he had just said

My issue of the day relates to motorcyclists.
Specifically motorcyclists who treat the oncoming traffic lane as if they own it.

We all like to filter and to flit down the outside of the white line to get further ahead, I'm definitely no exception to that rule when on my motorcycle/s ... and we all hate Addison Lee drivers, which I currently am. But as I had a reason to be as close as possible to the centre line (car in next lane avoiding pedestrian stepping out; me avoiding the car in the next lane Shocked ), then I think the motorcyclist was proper out of order to be giving me a mouthful of vitriol.

Its not his right to be there, and had he hit me, I would not have been in the wrong. he should have dropped back into his lane once he had finished his overtaking manoeuvre, not just continue to cruise up the oncoming traffic lane like he owned it.

But of course ... I'm an Addison Lee driver, so of course I am a grade A cunt and bound to be totally in the wrong, in his eyes. Despite having been to at least three training courses to ensure I drive as conscientiously and respectful of ALL traffic, passengers and pedestrians as possible.
