Currently beefing with the company I usually use (£100 item got damaged and they refused the claim), just wondering who people use and in particular what they've been like when they have had issues.
MyParcelDelivery seem similar to ParcelMonkey and appear to have decent reviews.
Edit: well on trustpilot, google reviews don't seem very good |

I use DPD, Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

ParcelMonkey were the people who refused to pay out (even though I'd bought extra insurance ). Parcel2go don't seem to have very good reviews?
Are Parcelforce not expensive? I was thinking I could use DPD* directly, they normally come out cheapest and there's a drop-off point 10 mins away.
*they're shit but so are all couriers |

Tells you all you need to know about couriers Had lots of stuff turn up late with them, they also damaged the item I mentioned earlier (box arrived with a big hole in it). |

DPD simply wrap it very well.
Royal Mail a lot though as they ship dangerous items*.

Never had a problem with Royal Mail, (should they even be called that now that they've been privatised? What , with our luverly queens head still on the stamps and all? Perhaps we should call it summat different, like"Consignia"....oh, hang on a minute...)
Yodel have had a right slagging off, but my local delivery lass has always been spot-on...
TNT and DHL are a bit ...meh, but I usually get my stuff in reasonable time.
Eg, ordered something from ebay, second class Royal Mail, arrives next morning.
Had stuff couriered by TNT, was apparently in transit for 2 days between depots less than sixty miles apart. |
