Hi all

I replaced my clutch and brake levers for shorties and tightened up as normal. Now in 4th and 5th it gets past 5000 rpm and then just revs like crazy with no forward drive. Feels like the clutch is slipping.

Has anybody got any advice of how to fix this? It was fine before i installed shorty levers.

Any help appreicated.

Thanks

Just back off the tension in the cable a bit. It's too tight.

Yep, what Nobby said. You should have a set amount of free play in your lever at the adjuster. It'll be in your manual. Thumbs Up
