Bonus video of the same guy almost killing himself. He's asking for a big crash. Those pedestrians were really lucky.

Mates first bike was a Triumph Daytona. Only crash he ever had was in heavy snow on black ice. He picked up all the broken fairings and still rode it into work, and then home. I'd class him as a normal bloke, with a respectable amount of resilience and get the fck on with it attitude.

This guy is a spaz and shouldn't be on a bike at all. He's going to crash more, and worse.

Jesus that voice is annoying.

How the hell can you bin it via shifting? He had to have just grabbed a handful of brake to make the front tuck like that.

In fact re-watching it and hearing him go on about 'rev matching' I can only think he was trying to blip it (sounded like) but didn't dip the clutch so it sprang forward and he snatched the brake whilst he did it. Impressive list of fuckups right there.

Don't watch the previous couple of mins either.. I don't think this kids ever been on a bike before.

edit:
Oh, that was his first bike. Explains a lot.

Update of second crash:

American kid crashes bike after selling it:

https://youtu.be/AsUyeSxAdbQ?t=506

Background:

The guy who had the cringe crash in the original post ended up having a few big moments (near kill yourself sort) on the bike, and eventually his parents put a lock on his bike so he could no longer ride it.

The guy ended up appearing to have matured quite a bit in the short term, respecting his parents wishes, and selling the bike. (fair enough as he bought the bike while owing them money for his corvette C4). He's also good at video editing and was focusing on that.

He sold the bike to fund a C5 corvette, and took it for a run to make sure it's ok. Told his dad don't worry at the start of the linked video. Then proceeded to hoon and smash the fairings to bits. Then rage at his friends. Sad

I subscribed as I enjoy a good cringe, but also kinda wanted him to do ok in the end. At least he shares all his cringe moments and takes the hate as it comes. There's also some terrible bike maintenance videos, including him cutting off his fairing with a dremel to do an oil change, because there was a bolt rounded off.

Another where his "mechanic" pal does absolutely everything you could do wrong when changing chain and sprockets (masterlink on the wrong way, taking the rear wheel off before loosening the front sprocket, rounding off the front sprocket nut and saying "that's it torqued up").

Absolute Numpty! How has Natural Selection not had its way with this kid.

Without knowing more about the kid. He obviously got plenty of attention after the first crash. Anyone else think this one may have been done deliberately? Probably not, but just a thought?

I can see what you're saying about the crash possibly being deliberate, but the near crash situations he has got himself into in the past were far too dangerous for anyone to ever try intentionally (3 figures into road furniture efforts).

I've seen enough of his videos though to know that this new crash wasn't intentional. He is a couple of weeks away from buying a C5 corvette and was selling the bike to fund that, and had already sold it to some guy who was going to use it as a track bike.

He does seem to have matured a bit, but I still think my earlier comment stands. Riding bikes is not for him.
I think he was f'in lucky to stop right in front of that utility pole and not hit it.

Needs to get someone else to do his captions. Someone who knows the difference between 'to' and 'too'.
