I presume he is a Murican. Pennsylvania?

It's nice to know they still turn to their mother country for advice, however I for one am still bitter about losing that war of independence so I'm not going to tell you Razz .

Britain should have never lost. You should still be under the Wellington boot of British Imperialism. Land of Hope and Glory. Rule Britannia.

You and me both, kiddo.

So, we know he wants a moped; and yes, he's evidently in Pennsylvania USA, but more importantly he's also in need of young female..... poms? Confused

100 pounds is what, sixty two kilocycles in poofy euromass?
But, as a danm yankee gallon is only 3.7 ish litres against perfidious Albions
more manly 4.54 litres,
we deduct these post imperial units for spite and add on some VAT for more
spiteyness even though he's a bloody foreigner and round it up to soemthing
that's summat like 45 guineas 13 shillings and ninepence three farthings.

Cash preferred, (no florins or silver thruppeny bits please)

Then you are an optimist.

BTW we are mainly British and won't have a clue about mopeds in the USA.

I think the gentleman is indeed in the USofA and requires advice as to a lightweight option (less than 100 pounds weight) which would not need to be registered (whatever that means)

and the gentleman's only option is an electric bike, not a moped, not a scooter, weighing less than 100lbs and restricted to 20 mph, however the daft septic could've googled that like I just did.
