Just get stuck in but with care, haven't you gotten at least one bike back on the road after an off? as long as you're not faffing with gas or electrics then houses are fairly simple provided you're not trying to put a doorway in or remove a structural wall.

Yeah you say that but I've just found out the boiler system has gone so going to get a combi boiler fitted. Plus the plumber came out the other day to tell me that the toilet has basically had it. Oh and I've got two bikes on the road currently with a third in the garage (and a 4th in bristol) so on the bike front I'm cool.

I am happy to provide the branches of rosemary, as I have a HUGE tree of it in my back garden. Shall I bring it to the house-swarming? Laughing Or I can bring some down (?up) any time, if you just want to get it into the ground to get it started. Chances are if you just stick freshly torn branches into a pot of soil, they will grow. I'm sure that's what I did to achieve the one I have now.

Sweet it would be bringing it up and I'm a bit of a distance from there that london. So might be best posting unless you are going near the midlands. I'm in no rush at the moment.

Congrats Smiler, lovin' your work!

Leylandii grow fast, but I prefer it to fencing. It's quicker to cut a hedge than paint a fence (admittedly you don't have to paint fences).

Plus sometimes its nice to be able to do a simple job that takes something looking scruffy and making it neat again. Instant reward.

Trimming ones own out of control bush can be rewarding.

Conrats on the house. Looks like a decent place. Thumbs Up

Please stop posting pics of the blue K100. Everytime I see it I keep imagining how comfortable it would be on my A road and motorway commute.

For the cost of £500 as well with a first time mot pass it isn't bad. If you were closer I'd let you have a go see if it did really suit your needs.
