Mind you. It may also be faster than standard, providing the aerodynamic advantage isn't overriden by the increase in weight.

Those fairings were designed to be super slippy through the air and aerodynamic drag will kill speed more than anything else.

Thing is... this shit would sell to the under 19s. Real bike size, real bike looks, learner bike prices and power.

Sure, it'd be slow, but I'd be a soggy 17 year old if that was available to me.
