You've just answered you're own question my friend. As advised, check the fuel tap, take it off, clean it, and maybe even replace it, either way it's a fuel starvation problem, and as the bike runs fine after 10 mins or so, you can discount any carb problems.

I’ve cleaned the petcock and did notice bit Grease in there but rest looked ok. I also drained my tank and notice few paint chips floating around.

There is also a breather pipe from the tank, usually routed down inside the frame of the machine, check the end isn't blocked.

Blow it through with an air line if you have access to one

That looks a bit manky! As others have said, fuel starvation... if it was mine I'd be wondering about the state of the carbs too, but at this stage I'd settle for checking on delivery to the carbs first.

Free Pro-tip!
For years I didn't have access to an airline at home, and those cans of compressed air for hobbyists/photographers were horrendously expensive so I used to improvise with a can of lighter butane, have blasted out carbs, inflated footballs and tyres, cleared cack from the usb port on my phone, hallucinated, etc...The little adaptors that come in the lid have come in useful too Smile

Old Guitar Strings are great to clear those breathers.
