2005 Honda CG125. Slow running jet. Help please...

Hello, Can anyone confirm if the slow jet part number 99103-KPT-0380 fitted to a KEIHIN KTB Carb is drilled all the way through or just part way.

I have one here that I have soaked in carb cleaner but cannot seem to clear the blockage, which makes me wonder if there is a blockage?
Cheers, John

.38 pilot jet... err... how are you checking to see if it's 'clear'?
Its a pretty small hole!
If you try sticking something in it.. it would have to be pretty thin.. as in like a single strand of wire out of a cable... but be very careful, dont use a strand of steel cable wire, that will scratch the brass and make the jet bigger; use softer copper, or blow through.

BTW carb-cleaner is just that, its not a varb un-blocker!

It would be akin to trying to use one of them wonder soaps off TV, if the cat got stuck in the toilet's U-Bend!.. You'd really need Dyno-Rod.. maybe a vet... not 'Sellit-Bang'!
