Excellent, but if you read between the lines they got off on a technicality.

What we need is a 'If they run you can chase them and there will be no repercussions'

Never going to happen though. Evil or Very Mad

Already memed over here, but I agree that it deserves its own thread so that BCF's reefer fiends can say ee dindu nuffin wrong ee were only punting a bit of puff innit.

And no, it won't stop his "grieving" family demanding justice. I imagine they'd been aiming for 6 figures' worth at least.

Still, a relief for the coppers involved, although I imagine they've long since learned their lessons and got transferred to the Facebook Meanies Investigation Division.

the pursuit thing is probably the hardest thing the police have to do.
not from a driving /riding angle.
but from a keeping your job angle.
eg following a known drug dealer who then kills himself .
most people would say good work.
police following known drug dealer who kills a bunch of other people.
what happens then?

im not a fan of the abuse of power some officers think is a right.
im not a fan of the abuse of powers they dont have either.

but what do you do with someone who just keeps commiting crimes and the courts let em out again and again.

Here Claudia, here's the accountability for his death - it was him, and if you want to get really technical about it you and your scuzzy family too, for being such a bag of nails in raising your little Angle. Fuck off.

I think it's spelled "Paranoid".

Probably not as wrong-un as most, but I seem to recall (or perhaps imagined) that he'd up-engined his scootay, therefore #BakLayf.

Nah Roger, that's this bloke.

After nearly 30 years at it, I would have probably succumbed to the fear by now if I were prone to that kind of thing.

He was an idiot running. He'd probably have got a caution, even with it in different bags. Only thing's then him (and his family) couldn't say he never dindu nuffin...

...as you've probably guessed they were suggesting the drugs were planted on him, all 7 bags Rolling Eyes
