I honestly prefer the look of mine over the new incarnation of MT09. ____________________ Currently enjoying products from Ford, Mazda and Yamaha

The trike sort of looks like a gorilla.
I rode a rented 400cc MP3 reasonably hard in some narrow twisties in the Santa Cruz hills south of San Francisco. The two wheels up make cornering an exercise in understeer rather than outright traction loss. Steering also requires substantially more input to get going. When I got back to Heathrow and rode my SH300 home, I nearly wobbled into one of the parked bikes, the steering was relatively so much more sensitive.
It was also surprisingly heavy. I'd expect a production MWT-9 to weigh in the region of 300 to 450kg.
It's a kind of half-way house to riding a bike, a little bit further than a Can-Am Spyder, for people who want the experience of leaning over but are more concerned about traction loss. ____________________ Bikes: S1000R, SH350; Exes: Vity 125, PS125, YBR125, ER6f, VFR800, Brutale 920, CB600F, SH300x4

Love them or hate them with Can-am selling well over 100,000 spyders so far it was only a matter of time before other manufacturers wanted a piece of the market. ____________________ Bikes owned :- 2001 nsr125, 1999 zx6r, 2006 yzf-r1, 2009 xmax 250, 2012 yzf-r1, 2015 MT-07
