Bosch diesel fuel injection pump, same/similar to a vp44, part number 0 470 504 012, a Japanese made Bosch electronically controlled mechanical fuel injection pump.

The electronics sit on top of the pump.

Would anyone on here have/know the expected resistance values of the stop control solenoid/electromagnet coil, part number 0281 002173, and, the spill control solenoid/electromagnet coil, part number 479763-1220 please.

The electronics have been removed from the pump, with the wires going to these units cut.

Any help/info/principles of operation sheets ( a Bosch publication ) would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

What car are we talking about? It's easier to find the figgures if you know the model and make of the car. These settings may vary throughout different cars, even though it's the same part.

Thanks MCN, the lower one looks like the bastard thing, but cannot get the article to open, would you have the bocsh publication for this pump ?

Nissan Almera N16 with a YD diesel, Y reg.

The upper yellow bosch publication, which I have, lower down in the data/text, shows an exploded view etc. that looks very similar to this u/s pump, but does not give test info.

Old Thread Alert!
