I was going to say Remus, as it's the only manufacturer I could think of ending in US Laughing

Nice. I had a test ride on a ZZR before I bought my Busa. Slightly more touring biased. Both bikes got much much more power than possibly you or I will ever use - but it won't stop us trying! Laughing

Enjoy !

Still puzzles me why the big 1400 is sometimes bought and used as an all year round work commuter by some?

There must be a thing about unsuitable Kawasaki's round here, as I often see a bloke in a high viz/waterproofs commuting to work on a ZZR, and there's a guy that rides to work every day on one of those alien H2R things too. Neither would be my choice of daily hack. I'd probably prefer a CB500/Diversion/Blandit etc.

When this thread was posted I went straight to ebay to see how much a ZZR would cost as I really like the look of the OP's (and I would be using it as an all year round commuter)

Depends on your commute. In busy fast traffic the ZZR would command more respect than a pop pop. In town a 650 would do. As for an H2R - yes please! At least you could smile through a shitty day knowing come home time, you'd have a fantastic ride awaiting. Prefer a CB500?..... Doh!
