Go back to the one test, one license thing. I know there was a 2 year power restriction thing as well. That was a much better system than the cock-ache of multiple tests and licensing there is now. But such is our government, shit happens.

That was a tad before my time, I had 2 tests.. back in the days when passing a test was like falling off a log.

I don't know anything about CBT what so ever...
