Lmao!! Just got it
No, seriously, i realised this was a "bike" forum. Just thought you all needed cheering up ... honest
Think an r1 might be overkill as shes only a year or so off stabilisers so an r6 looks more likely.
Thanks everyone |

Neither.
Spend a bit more, get an Islabikes Beinn 20.
https://www.islabikes.co.uk/products/bikes/item/beinn-20-large
Or get a good second hand one, they are superb bikes, they are proper bikes. They are designed for kids with appropriate gears, cranks, levers and brakes for the age range they are designed for (rather than adult size parts on a small frame).
They hold their value well. She's 7, she won't know or worry if it's brand new.
A lot of stockists will do good part ex deals so you can upgrade as she gets bigger. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles. |

Sorry I cannot advise about an xmas bike but know your girl will love what ever one you get for her.
Don't, just don't throw it in a skip when I gets a puncture.
Its absolutely diabolical how many perfectly good bikes get skipped just because its got a puncture or needs a cable or service, all do able your self, or by a bike shop, for not much money.
Give them to a charity shop or scheme for Africa, where even an empty coke bottle has real value, niot like us, we just throw it on the street ffs!!
More money than sense some of us!!
back to your girls bike, just watch her face light up when she unwraps it on xmas morning......take pictures/video, priceless, and enjoy. :karma: ____________________ nuts about bikes |
