Umm. Yeah, afraid that's a ban.

So. ZX-7R can make a new account for the purposes of appologising to Korn for subjecting the forum to a rear view of some blokes chocolate starfish and clockweights. Korn can then decide if he's allowed to continue using the forum.

I bought it a few years ago off a dodgy guy on the side of the A40.

Big pics inbound alert!

My mancave, well half of it. Finished the main build earlier this year, took me a good few months from the ground up after flattening a shitty old asbestos thing. The other half goes another 12ft back behind the far wall and is just racked out 'storage'. It's a work in progress, looks a bit spartan just now needs more titty calendars and other manly things but it's functional.

The red plate on the floor is 5mm plate diamond steel to take the load of the Abba Skylift without going through the floor. The VFR is also sat on a spinning turntable I welded up and has room to do a full 360 degree spin which is great for ride-in ride-out every day. The whole building is raised on a 2x4 frame and veintilated underneath into the workshop with fan ventilation pulling through. Aircon is a blessing and it also has automatic dehumidifying (everything is on wifi plugs and controlled though 'internet of things' type recipes to balance the inside atmosphere and keep it warm and dry)

Fully insulated with 50mm Kingspan throughout and automatic oil heating so nice and toasty in winter. Still a lot to do though; at some stage I'll plumb in a sink and cold water tap since the building sits over the sewer run. Needs more ventilation (!) so I'm thinking of some Velux windows. Want to do more nifty storage racking above with the trusses. Yet to finish insulating and lining the doors, must get it finished before winter.

Oh and before anyone asks, the chain on the VFR goes down through the floor into a rather 'custom' ground anchor setup in the concrete base underneath. Suffice to say it's not coming out....ever.

Fantastic! Must be great to work in there. I like the kitchen cabinets idea.

Here's mine. On the right out of sight is a bench grinder and pillar drill. On the left out of sight is a set of wall boards for tools. The shed was built in a corner of the garden behind our main workshop. Once it is on the centre stand, the bike can be pivoted round 360 degrees. Tight, but possible.

Subscribed.

My garages's asbestos roof collects condensation in this weather meaning it rains inside. Need to put in an air brick or two.

No electric, that's on the list, as well as an automated garage roller door.

No pics, too cold, can't be arsed right now.

The easiest way to deal with that is a big fan, get a 16" fan from Argos and plonk it in there with the 'swing' setting on. It'll move the air around enough to prevent the condensation from actually settling.

What I really like is that there's no warning of what ZX-7R has posted to warn that it's actually NSFW.

Real nice touch.

So don't you think that the message on ZX-7R's post which says "This post is not being displayed because the poster is banned. Unhide this post / all posts" provides a bit of a clue that is probably best not to unhide said post when your boss is looking over your shoulder?

Not really as it does that to all his posts, normally the nsfw post does get removed/edited.

That had been my thought too. But to keep you happy, it's now been removed altogether.

I don't tend to read later posts first. And BodyTard is on enemy, so I couldn't see what may have provoked it anyway.

Might do, to vent a wood burner. Keep it wet while drilling and it'll be fine honest.
If you're reading this and considering following the advice of some internet krank then please research a bit more thoroughly.
