Even if you do get an advisory, it's just that - advisory.
As long as the fork seals aren't leaking, they operate smoothly and damp correctly then you'll be fine. |

Nobody fills one fork, what you have is a blown seal that has leaked out it's contents.
Groaning forks are a classic sign that one or both have no oil in them, along with a bump test, showing a lack of damping and/or some stiction. ____________________ Things get better with age; I'm close to being magnificent........

Dont just fill it, change the seal or you will be back to square 1 and fail the mot anyway for visible leakage.
