Pattern down pipes never fit straight on, its not bad manufacturing....tis just the law of things .
Ive probably fitted hundreds of the things on all sorts over my years on the tool.... cant recall any going straight on without some "gentle" manipulation. Thats why the expensive ones generally come as individual headers rather than all 4 as a lump.
Glad you got it sorted. ____________________ Bikes owned :- 2001 nsr125, 1999 zx6r, 2006 yzf-r1, 2009 xmax 250, 2012 yzf-r1, 2015 MT-07

holy shit, learn to do these things yourself
Black widow pipes seem to be hit and miss from what i've read, I put some on the gpz and they're fine (the centre stand stop is in the wrong place but the centre stand isn't attached so meh. Apart from that they fit straight on fine. Not a tough job though...and rear pads....tenner and 10 minutes to fit..
being skint is a good teacher on how to fix things yourself though so you'll probably learn loads now you're out of 600 quids ____________________ Current: Honda City Fly CLR125 2003 Honda CB600F Hornet 2008 Yamaha FZ6 S2 + 1991 Kawasaki GPZ500
