Hi guys. Has anyone got a complete wiring diagram for a 1986 Honda cb350sg? The only ones I can find online are for the classic 4 cylinder versions.

Thanks.

No, not really. I spent at least 40mins on Google. As I said, they are all for the classic 70s version.

Does your model have the old contact breaker points and condenser ignition system?

I rebuilt one of these that was seized, it was a company despatch rider bike and someone removed the drive pin from the oil pump, I found a 250/400N droopy dream manual the closest thing available and used that for reference, if that helps at all?

Why not make your own?
Similar model Honda wiring diagrams can help.
In my experience, all the Hondas of that era especially,( possibly still do,) mostly follow the same conventions with minor differences

Top of my head:
Green - ground
Black - switched live
Red/white RegRec DC out to main fuse
Red from fuse to ign switch
Light blue and Orange - indicators
Light green/ red - neutral switch
Blue /red - oil light
Grey - supply to flasher unit
Black/white - AC supply to AC CDI
Also linked to both the kill switch and ignition switch and grounded to stop the motor
and so on...

I have a few connectors on the loom not connected, trying to work out where they go. Loom as also been modified it seems too.

Sounds pretty typical for an old bike, easy enough just break it down and fix it system by system.
Ignition, charging, lights, flashers etc
