hi I'm having problems with my wee 2 stroke. it does a solid 50mph and that's judged by nearly overtaking cars on a 50mph road.

however, it used to do 60 but was impossible to use at slow speeds, so I replaced the rollers and all seems well. but , as with any 2 stroke its got nothing unless its in the powerband, on my bike that's around 7,000+

however, when I pull the throttle back at slow speeds to speed up it sort of bogs down, and I have to keep twisting back and forth like I'm pumping the fuel in with the throttle to get it into the power band, but when it hits that mark its all fine and dandy

similarly when tackling hills, I'm doing fine but the revs start to drop off, and when it drops below 7 it bogs and its like I'm stuck in a high gear or something

I might clean the carb that might sort it out or find out how to clean the ports or whatever to remove carbon deposits, maybe blocked jet or something I don't know its strange

side note: on takeoff from a standstill its fairly nippy, but lets say I'm in traffic or something or I go to a stop light and only stop for a few seconds, its like the bike hasn't had enough time to realise it has to drop down and the take off is really slow, and I have to 'pump' the fuel in basically by sort of blipping the throttle

any help plz
