Hi, I an overhauling my 08 cbf600abs, the banjos and brake line fittings are badly corroded, will a set from a 2004 ABS (pc38) fit my 08 model (pc43)

Don't want to waste money if the 04 model is not linked brake etc.

Thanks

Danny

Why do you want to fit a used set of brake lines from a bike 4 years older than your own?

As a cheap git that did not want braided lines, my 2003 has 2007 lines fitted, as newer Rr's had the master port rotated 90 degrees to the bottom.

Unsure of your question? You want to fit a used set of brake lines from a bike 4 years older than your own? Or just the banjo bolts?

Yes, that is correct, replacing all hoses front and rear with an older set from a written off bike, very good condition, my ones are a mot failure nearly.
Not purchased yet as the guy can't confirm the system is the same for the newer pc43 bikes

I am aware of all issues with bleeding the system just need to know if the front and rear hose set up are a direct swap, I don't have the donor parts in front of me.
