Good evening all, I’m currently tinkering with a 2003 rs 50 model while the weather halts play on my bigger toys. I was wondering if anyone could help, I have power to the starter I checked this with a multi meter when pressing the starter button with a good jump pack across the battery to eliminate battery as a issue. But the starter won’t crank. Yet if I remove said starter and put power to it on the bench it will engage and spin lovely, but won’t even attempt this I’m the bike. Many thanks

Engine Not seized if I put power directly to the starter it will turn over happily but won’t when pressing the button, new relay installed and be charged battery and when pressing he button I’m getting a reading at the starter.
