Up a bit, mopeds down precipitously (just nick one, bruv).

Surprisingly, 126-650c is up bigly, while 651-1000c has seen a significant drop. Can't quite fathom that, although the Honda CMX 500 "Rebel" (nobody laugh) makes a good showing, as does the Honda CBR 650F.

Honda are way ahead on sales, but BMW are in a strong 2nd. Oh, right, new registration month, PCP is up, gotta pick up muh new R1200GS.

Kawasaki are a surprise 3rd with notable sales of Z900 and Z1000 crisismobiles (despite overall sales in that engine size being down), beating Yamaha back into 4th, with Triumph nipping at their heels. Aw, bless, Suzuki sold over 1000 bikes too. Good for them.

Interesting.

I've seen a fair few A2 compliant or can be complient bikes lately like CBR500's, 650's and XJ600's etc.

So It does look like sports bikes are giving no-one a hard on in any capacity now (what a surprise) and Nazi tractors are waiting for PCP offers to be finalised for this year.

So on the naked 1000cc front, Yamaha have the aggressive wierd scary alien sector sewn up, and the retro sector is jizzing frantically over Kawasaki's new sweet thing.

Which begs the question, just what are Honda and Suzuki doing in the naked litre sector to excite people?
