Not bought as such, but booked the Spacker into Fowlers for a service. £18 for a courtesy bike though.
Last time I got a yellow CG125. <mongface.gif> but I kicked up a stink about being given a bike with L plates so
they didn't charge me. Best be a proper bike this time, still dear though. I just had the Swift main dealer serviced a
couple of weeks ago, they only charged £6 for a courtesy car plus an additional tenner for CDW if I'd wanted it.
Take note Fowlers. That's how Suzuki do things.

You took your bike back to fowlers for a service?

I salute your bravery.

This is the second one actually. Mainly because warranty, stamp in book and CBA to do myself. Been a main dealer kind of
guy for a while and the chances are when I do chop the old Spack-spack in for something else, I'll get that from Fowlers too.
I use JHS racing as well for things like tyres and stuff, and if (once out of warranty) I decide to upgrade the suspension on the
thing, JHS will get that job. I've already had a long chat with them about that.

Can't believe you got charged for a courtesy car TBH. I didn't, but they did give me a Suzuki Agnes. Embarassed

I think it's dealer specific charge. Some do and some don't. In any case it was tons cheaper than two cab fares
would have been, we weren't asked to replace any petrol used so swings and roundabouts. My supplying dealer has
given up its Suzuki franchise and this is my first dealings with an alternative the other side of Bristol. We had an
Ignis also, very well equipped it was too.

Ah, I had it for two days but had to replace the fuel. No hardship, cost me £20 because I did about 150 miles Laughing

JHS are the only place I would trust with my bikes. Magnificent service and always happy to help.

Didnt realise you were local.

Wow, Grandad. Even an old Nokia has Hipster appeal these days.

Apart from being the two wrong tools for the job? Won't work on VW rear calipers. They need winding back in not pushing.

Just bought a very clean looking (compared to mine) used filter from the bay. £12.

Sniped on Ebay for a tenner. Thumbs Up Brand new with tags. Spotted them last night during a late night session of scroll
shopping. Tidy! Pleased with that, I really don't have any warm/WP gloves as I don't usually ride in weather that
needs them. Going out for a cold 3c test ride on a fast bike a couple of weekends ago my short, unpadded summer
gloves were not much use at all. I'll have these in my kitbox next time. Thumbs Up
