done track days on a rear with 2 string repairs and didnt die, covered maybe 10,000 miles on string repaired rears with no fears and maxed the vtr on a string tyre.

little 12v compressor removed from its case under the seat job done.

worst case if its a slow puncture just inflate with 12v pump > ride to petrol station with air machine and fix there.
